SHIPPING POLICY 

At Smoky Hazel, we aim for a seamless shipping experience. Please review the following policies for clarity: 

Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours from our Toronto facility via Canada Post, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary based on your location. 

Shipping Rates: 

• Canadian orders: Free shipping on orders over $30; $5 flat rate for expedited shipping on smaller orders. 

• Continental U.S.A. orders: $5 USD flat rate for shipping. 

Tracking Information: Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking information for order progress and estimated delivery. 

Order Delays: In rare instances, processing or shipping delays may occur. You'll be promptly notified of any changes or updates via email. Please note, we're not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. 

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship to addresses within Canada and the continental U.S.A. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter for international shipping availability.
